Is it possible to have Bard's chimes to give him 5% of his maximum experience?
I feel like I lose out on a lot of experience come mid game. There are several games where I end up two levels lower than my carry because I visited mid and collected chimes throughout the game.
The thing about that is, at least at the LCS level, Supports tend to have lower level than their carries. They tend to be the lowest level member of the team. I don't actually expect that riot would allow the support to keep up Just because of Roaming. But also keep in mind that your ADC is getting solo XP in the meantime. Which means your team will ultimately have the level advantage over all.
