All these buffs for Veigar
I guess I should feel happy for his mains, but I'm terrified that they'll just Cassiopeia him in the end.

Step 1: nerf him into oblivion without warning Step 2: slowly introduce minor buffs until most people who (used to) play him stop complaining (note how this is very much distinct from "until he's in a healthy power state")

My biggest disappointment is that Veigar's becoming a poke mage, where before he was a burst mage. I've got plenty of poke mages, I don't need another poke mage, but all these changes make it seem like Riot want him to be a poke mage...
I like the passive buff on the PBE, but I wish they would change the range on his ultimate to his new engage range (now around 850 range on average). His ultimate's current range is 675.
