Disgusting queue times

spending over 30 minutes to get into a normal que on my level 30 character is ridiculous. this Dynamic que is bullshit. im about done with this game. i cant even enjoy playing because its takes so long then someone dodges. literally have been trying all morning and the same bullshit over and over and over.
