Lee Sin vs LeBlanc

Lee Sin is 100% screwed if he misses a Q, and LeBlanc can always use Distort a second time to create distance between them even if he lands it. I'd also generally imagine Lee's play pattern puts him in a situation where he'll eat a chain to the face.

I've played a decent amount of LeBlanc in Dominion, and I'd say she's a stronger champion than Lee there just for her capacity to really push a limited minion, low-item advantage to the max. Granted - Lee is still a solid pick in that mode and wards are non-existent, but you said no items. Also - dealing with LeBlanc early usually comes down to stacking MR and healing pots. Lee with Hexdrinker would kill her. Without it?

I'd give the edge to LB in that match-up.
