Renekton's Q heal

Renekton is one of my main top lane champions, I feel it gives just enough when you use it correctly without it making him unbearable to lane against (like say Yorick's constant healing or some other champions). Sure I wish it was a little better, but at the same time if they never buffed it I'd be fine with it as is.
