What do you do when your whole team is behind and all the wards on your minimap die at 40min?

i swear ive lost so many games for my team when i walk like 200 units out of base to ward a bush and the whole team surprise smacks me and that singlehandedly closes off the game. please dont say something like "ward constantly so that there are always new wards to replace old ones that die out" because im bad and complete vision loss is basically bound to happen some time in the game when your whole team is only like gold v lol (also upgraded sweepers can make your whole minimap pretty useless too)

Always bring a buddy with you. And upgraded sweepers do pick up champions hiding in a brush.

switch to blue ward ASAP if you are a laner or jungler and are behind. if you are support with a skillshot, toss it into the brush that you think ppl are in. otherwise, as a tank support, you need to stay with the team. Getting a buddy with you = 2 ppl get caught instead of 1, and the 2nd person is either the carry or the tank which instantly makes you lose.

Brush checking is what Blue Wards are for. Someone on your team has to have a blue ward. Also, if you have no way of knowing then just don't go that way. Wait for your team and move with them.

My advice, if all you have is the inner turrets just before nexus turrets left, then don't push beyond where your first turret was at. Don't even go that far if you have no wards. Just push a little so that your minion waves can push the wave towards the enemy turret instead of your own turret. Map control has as much to do with minion wave as it does with warding. If minions are pushing deep into the enemy base then they must go defend it or risk losing a tower or tower health or much needed late game farm. This means you have control of certain areas of the map. This would make it the perfect time to ward.
