Ryze's Ult Passive Discussion

So with Ryze now being called OP and Riot stating they are going to do some changes, I wanted to put in my 2 cents about Ryze and I am hoping to hear your honest thoughts on them as well. What I wanted to talk about is the passive part of his Ult.

With the 10/20/30% CDR passive to his ult, a lot of items that can be good on Ryze...end ups having a lot of wasted money on them.

? While mana and armor is nice, there are still people who still argue with each other over buying this item or not.

? The passive is nice with the spell vamp on his ult...but outside of that moment there is not much else. Honestly I think you be better off with as it gives more health and healing outside of him using his ult. On I guess there is the CDR....but with Ryze ult passive that is again a useless part.

? Spell vamp is nice on him, but again that CDR is a waste and the only other items with spell vamp in them are and ......Do I even need to say anything about that?

? I have always find myself out of mana after 1-2 uses of his passive shield no matter what part of the game it is. I have been building it sometimes and it does help me a lot, but again that CDR.

So I have been thinking of a few things and I want to hear your personal opinions on these ideas and would love to have some discussion hear about Ryze.

So the choices are as follow:

1) Keep the ult passive as is I know that people do like this passive and I might just be in the minority here so if my ideas do suck (it happens) I have no problem having this passive stay.

**2) 100 extra mana per rank. ** Every time you put a rank in your ult, you automatically gain 100 extra mana. That more mana for your shield, more mana for your damage ratios, and more mana to actually use your skills.

**3) 25%/50%/75% base mana regen ** Ryze needs mana. being out of mana is not good for him. So having him recover it faster as he level ups his ult can be quite helpful for when he is shooting them out.

4) 1%/1.5%/2% missing mana per 5 Same reason as number 3, but in a different way.

**5) Get rid of the ult passive. ** Simply get rid of the passive and let us use the full stats of whatever items we buy.
