@Riot: Why can't Nasus stack Gangplank barrels and inhibitors?

I made post about this awhile back and it received no attention. I play a lot of Nasus and these are the TWO things on the map that I cannot stack.

I may not be able to stack the nexus as well, but that is not really relevant.

Why is that and can this be fixed? I can stack heimers turrets, Illaoi's tentacles, elise's spiders, shaco's clone, leblanc's clone, kalista's ghosts, yorick's ghosts, etc.

Can this be patched/hotfixed or is the coding to difficult?
