So i haven't played for 2 years, do I have to loose my first 50 games?

So like I wrote in the title, I haven't played for about 2 years, but I would like to come back. I'm a little afraid that my mmr will be way to high, since im very rusty. Should I start a new account, or is there some form of mmr drop for people who havent't played for a longer time?

Play norms to find your marks, then go back to Ranked. Or you can play Flex if you had not yet climbed on that queue. You'd have a fresh MMR.
