Remove the ability to jump to yellow trinket wards?

Wouldn't this be a simple solution to champions like Katerina and Lee? Nothing about them is touched other then their free jump. Now they actually have to pay for their extra mobility. Literally. Late game it's costing an item slot so now we've introduced the concept of meaningful choices into their kit.

This seems like a good way to tone down their kit without actually making them any less strong.
