Lane Kindred, because why not?
Start with Longsword and 3 Health Pots. We don't need no Doran's Blade because we start with W at level 1, and that's ~10% mHP healing at level 1 whenever you proc it, and proccing is easy as playing Annie. All the sustain you'd ever want and need.
So the enemy laners come into lane and you know your mission. FIRST THING FIRST, mark that sucker for death. Also keep an eye on Scuttler, it might be Your Thing To Kill so apprise the jungler you want some hitsies on that.
Now, enemy laner(s) might think it's OK to be in lane. It really isn't, though. Press W, sic that Wolf on them and watch them cry because "OMG OP FREE HARASS". You don't give a shit, you're Kindred, and you're getting some free harass because W is amazing!
Level 2, you need to ask yourself. "How mobile is my mark?" If the answer is, "not at all", level E. If the answer is, "less than me", level Q and run them down. Either way go all-in with your support because you're level 2 and W harassed the hell out of them, right? Remember that your armour is stupid high and you have that amazing W sustain so just pop a pot and go to town on your enemy.
Back once you get the double kill to pick up Cutlass. We're going BotRK because stacking %cHP damage and you want the lifesteal/attack speed. It's like you're really Vayne, except you don't do true damage.
Until level 6 probably you just do you and rinse/repeat on enemy laners until they've cried to jungler for help, then kill jungler. Make sure to mark him once you can't mark bot anymore because he's likely to come bot to give you more stacks, or else be too afraid of you because Halp I Dun Got Mark.
BAM, you just won your lane because no one can approach you in lane due to W harass just taking their health and W sustain helping you win trades easily!
Until they pick Varus or Ashe or Caitlyn or something, someone with appreciable range who can afford to not get caught by you (or Graves, whose burst is too high to handle). Then you have to work for it. :(
Get Thresh/Blitzcrank/Leona/Nautilus support though, they help you get those delicious kills for Kindred stacks.
"HI WHEN TO USE ULT?" When you get dove on. Here's a secret: if you ult yourself as a teamfight starts and stay within the circle, enemies automagically assume it's pointless to attack you and ignore you while you rip 'em all to shreds.
You may also want to use it on your allied Riven because she dove the enemy team and will die otherwise, idk.
