When Mordekaiser gets looked at

Hey Riot, whenever you get around to doing some touch ups on Mordekaiser, I have some things to discuss.

If you are looking to increase the gameplay health of the champion, I suggest making it so that his passive grants shielding upon dealing damage with his abilities equal to a certain value (similar to how swain ult now heals) as opposed to having the shield value be based off of the amount of damage dealt. Also, I believe that you should make it so that his passive does not decay in combat, as he pays a lot of his power budget in a shield that kills itself when he needs it most.

Also, I would like to note that Mordekaiser has the 7th lowest health of all champions in the game, which is pretty odd considering he is supposed to be a juggernaut. His health is comparable to the likes of anivia, zilean, nami, heimerdinger, zyra, and mini gnar. He also has the lowest health regen in game, and is tied for lowest movement speed in game, being far slower than other juggernauts. I suggest that bringing his base stats more in line with other juggernauts could serve morde well.

As for his W, you can pretty much remove the bonus exp passive if it is necessary to free up power budget. Trust me, the passive will not be missed.

I agree with most of this. His stats are just booty for a juggernaut. I think they did that to balance his shield mechanic, and to force you to buy items with health so you don't go full damage and abuse his insane Q scaling.

I think they could test out a version of him with better MS and stats that costs more health and generates more shield. Idk how that would actually work out, but I think it's worth testing out.

Also, his R passive puts a severe limit on his power budget since getting that dragon ghost is just game changing. IMO if it meant for more power back into his E or stats, I'd say ditch dragon force but keep children of the grave.
