Shen too immobile to use his new Q effectively?
Just one of many peeves with the new Shen. I feel that the mechanics of his Q are designed more for somebody with high mobility in their kit. Since he's one of the slower champions with only a short ranged, high cost dash for mobility, it's borderline impossible to use your Q effectively outside the most immobile of enemies :O Is there a reason why the Q was designed in this way?
