What's the state of ADC Twitch?
Is he balanced? Nerf'd? Still OP? Unplayable state?
and why
I want to know some info on twitch's status.

He's pretty terrible right now outside of lane swap scenarios and believe me, I tried to make him work. He needs too much gold and his laning is too weak. He currently has the lowest winrate of all ADCs. He's awful even at high ELO. I'd take a first time Sivir or Cait over a guy with dozens of Twitch games. I wouldn't say he's unplayable but you put yourself at a large handicap.
I don't even feel his late game is that amazing if the enemy team doesn't stupidly clump and blow everything before you come out of stealth. Twitch has no poke and is pretty bad sieging too so he basically depends on some person randomly walking alone and dying or the enemy team lining up for him. Basically, he needs the enemy team to make massive mistakes for him to outshine other ADCs.
His damage is very situational. If he doesn't do anything during the window when his Q and ult. are up, he's extremely weak. Most ADCs aren't so dependent on a tiny window to be strong. Twitch plays more like an AoE mage/assassin than a sustained damage carry.
There was a recent threat about him here.
High skillcap. Snowballs well. Have to use his ambush potential to do well.
Pretty viable and a reasonably common pick in KR pro scene.
Not often seen elsewhere. Sometimes a CN player will pick him.

^ This.
He is high skill cap and will win with just about any trade if played correctly.
apparently he's pretty OP in korea, everywhere else he's very underplayed

he has a really rough laning phase but his midgame (once outer turret(s) are gone) is exceptional if he can make it through the lane phase with a reasonable CS.
with dragon control being so important right now it's tough to have a weak ADC in bot lane. twitch is arguably better than tristana or vayne for dragon control, but I'd still put him down in that tier. you need a champion that's either a strong laner and can bully their opponent out of lane to secure dragon, or a champion with exceptional waveclear that can keep them pushed so that they have a rougher time contesting it in the current meta.
