Obsidian Cleaver seems to be too strong

Ok. I was playing aatrox and i decided to get this item because black cleaver is nice on him obviously. and honestly the price increase is not an issue either since it balances the higher stats you get with the other items. But jesus christ obsidian cleaver is ridiculous. 60 ad with 550 health. I can see an adc going right back to this item if they decide to upgrade it. and then you are left with black cleaver in almost any adc build. When i got it was about 15 minutse into the game and i was unstoppable. It would take 4 people to kill me
