I went 16/3/7 with 
top with almost 200 cs and got an A+ and literaly right after that uncuckable action the bug for crashing happens, this is uncuckinbelievable, why didn't i get an S or S+?

your ranking is measured against other players using the same champ in your rank (bronze, silver, gold, etc) so you need to be doing a LOT better than the average to earn that S. Considering how abuseable rengar is due to his insta-delete pouncing Q is, you really need to step up your game to get that rank on champs like him and potentially assassins in general.
