What champion do you think is the WEAKEST thematically?

Not that I think anyone will have a problem with this thread being in gameplay, but I actually think this is a genuine gameplay discussion. From my own observations I feel thematically weak champions tend to get overcompensated in their stats and power in order to make their play rate reasonable. Case in point, Kayn was pretty weak on release but it didn't affect his play rate at all since he's relatively strong thematically and will get play regardless.

For me, I think Xayah is one of, if not the weakest champion in the game thematically. If you take away the novelty that she's part of a lover pair there's almost nothing separating this champion from a block of wood. She has the personality of slowly drying paint and the "Feather's fly!" line sounds like a mom's attempt at LARPing with her kids (I still can't believe they used that soundbyte in a bunch of montages for the 2017 World's promos).
