@Riot Why does MF get worked on immediately after backlash from her rework, but Cass is left to rot?

Seriously. There are still threads complaining about Cass (excluding this one) to this DAY. I've seen way more complaints about Cass than I ever did about MF. The only thing that people complained about with MF is how it didn't change her enough, and her scaling is still awful. So why is MF held to a different standard than Cass? Why does feedback on MF count more than feedback on Cass?

Fed MF can't hyper carry. Fed Cass can.

And...this is relevant..how?? And if you don't think a fed MF can hyper carry, you haven't seen many MF's.

I have seen a lot of MF's and I've seen them carry hard. But I haven't seen any 1v3 in 3 seconds because of a spammed ability.

I do agree MF deserves some love though.

MissFortune needs a little bit more individuality.

Because there are so few champions intended to be ADC's (16-22 currently, 22 for those that don't ADC as well as the others), they tend to be forced into uniqueness (Jinx=lots of AA's, Caitlyn=long ranged sniper, Twitch=sneaky rat boy, etc.), but mages tend to contain two things: sustained damage (relatively) and decent waveclear; both of which, Cassiopeia has.

There are also way more mages than marksmen (around 42).

The difference is that MissFortune is paid more attention to because as an ADC she has to be distinguished. Conceptually, she's a good champion: good with lengthy trades, but has no disabling CC (worse than other Marksmen at quick takedowns, i.e. Vayne ). MissFortune's update also was mostly a visual update with a bit of cleaning up on her mechanics. Nothing of hers was fully reworked, she didn't get much of a buff despite falling behind the other ADC's.

The problem with Cassiopeia? She's almost not a part of this meta. A champion that fires off only skillshots at medium range with complex mechanics and barely any CC with decent damage output seems alright, but there are many different options for mages that do similar things so she tends to be overshadowed. While she's not lacking in damage necessarily, she's atrocious mechanically in this meta. She maintains a decent amount of individuality and is a great champion intrinsically. But when you put her in this meta that favours mobility over sustain she's terrible.

TL;DR: MissFortune didn't entirely get reworked, but got a bit of attention and cleaning up.

Cassiopeia is only bad because too many champions have mobility so she can't land anything; her damage is fine.
