Let's Create Rune Pages

My friend and I about a couple of months ago were thinking of a pretty cool idea - in case anybody was wondering my friend is gold 4. This idea was in regards towards the rune pages. Like the mastery pages, a Leaguer can change their mastery set up during champ select. We then wondered if it would be cool to change the rune set up in champ select as well.

I was wondering if Riot would be open to this suggestion. And, are there any Leaguers out there that have thought about this idea or have had frustrations not having the correct rune page when the game begins? Wouldn't it be cool to change it up when a person has made a mistake?
