What are the main mechanics that make a champ over powering? Go!

There is no right or wrong answer, but I would like to see everyone's opinions.

A champ that does multiple things better than any other champs.

Ex. Being one of the top bursters and having strong tower taking.

Any Champion with a win rate over 53% that is also played in the LCS. That's why Amumu Amumu isn't OP. He's a monster in solo-play, but gets crushed against an organized team.

Champions with way too much utility and other things implemented into their kit Example: Ekko (Ranged slow, high damage, strong survivability, Long AOE stun, Heal, the best ability to forgive mistakes, move speed buff, move speed slow, 2 stage dash on a low cooldown. Hes got it all baby, and it aint fun to play against)

A champion that is both strong and has low to no counter play

I think a champ is only OP when they have a higher than average win rate for an "unfair" reason. This includes topics like low counterplay, lack of weaknesses, or just being good at too many things.

Obviously, any champ that averages higher than 54-55% has something pretty seriously wrong with them, usually, but I count that more as evidence than as a definition.

What about people that main these champions? Obviously, their stats are always going to be higher than usual. I heard somewhere that free to play is determine how over powered a champion is..if you're new and do very well, anything over 60% is very good then that means that the champion is overpowered.

I know I read it somewhere for the Free - To - Play Rotation, and the reason behind it. Can anybody find that link for me? Thanks!
