Gold Reduction on Minion for Anti-Gold Funneling purposes is to harsh on jungles post early-game
The gold reduction to minions (GRTM) slain to reduce gold funneling strategy early was implemented mid-season. The point of it being to stop champs from a massive snowball by feeding lane farm to the jungler early game. The cap is dropped once you attain a "enchanted" ie. completed jungle item. However, for the various champions who do not opt into buying a jungle item this cap remains for the entire duration of the game. This sets back numerous champions who do not rely on jungle items yet play the jungle role. Please reduce this cap to a set time limit that corresponds to roughly when a would complete said jungle item. The gold tunneling strategy is essentially counterproductive after 6-10mins of gameplay making the GRTM debuff expired by a set time viable. A set time of between 8-12 minutes where the gold reduction on minion kill would be removed would improve overall jungle quality of life. Also, this is when most junglers complete a jungle item. For example, in most of my games where I do not opt into buying a jungle item the GRTM costs me between 2-3k gold by 35minutes. It also affects my gameplay decisions heavily as I must consider if taking minion farm is productive at all outside of pushing for a turret when the GRTM is in effect. In almost all cases it is a double taxation because if given the same minion farm to an allied laner they would receive the same amount of said gold while I do not receive it thus creating a 2x set back. Please implement a fix. Thanks.
