Enemy Minions auto while in/near your minion wave to cancel back at 1 second remaining

Enemy Minions will turn from the wave and auto champion trying to recall at 1 second before recall is complete. happens to me three times in video.

There is no bug judging from this video. You were the next available target (closest) after a minion died. To prevent this one, you should had stayed fully behind the minion wave.
