TP on ZAC Passive Blobs IS OP
Zac in general is strong as they come for tank, cc , Sustain jungle. His passive is down right abusive, but the ability to TELEPORT ON THE PASSIVE IS THE BIGGEST LOAD OF GARBAGE. PLEASE NERF THIS RITO.
