Why doesn't Riven have a mana bar?

Just wondering why this hasn't been implemented. I think giving Riven mana costs would be an easy way to balance her so she can't snowball out of control.

she wasnt made that way and there will be no changes to give her a mana bar.

So just because she didn't come with a mana bar at launch means she doesn't need one? That doesn't really seem like a valid argument. Many champs have had kits changed to make them more balanced/fun to play.

false. no champion has been remade to get rid of. or get, a mana bar or energy bar. just because she has no mana doesnt make her snowbally. you can shut her down, trust me. she runs off cooldowns. just like garen, kat, rek'sai. so what youre saying is every champ should be the same?

I didn't say that, I said kits have been reworked to make champs more balanced/fun to play. Riven, in my opinion, falls under the catagory of champs that aren't fun to play against. Many people have voiced their complaints on this forum saying this same thing.

No it doesn't, but her kit takes extreme advantage of her reliance on cooldowns. She is able to use 3 aoe attacks, a knockup, a stun, a shield, and an execute without any penalty. A kit like that is too overpowered to not have mana costs.

Yes you can shut her down, but it is hard (very hard at times). What is to say she gets fed off another ally? What is to say she destroys everybody with her ult mid-teamfight? So many random variables can cause her to get out of control/get back in control.

Reksai, Garen, and Kat are good counter-examples, however, each one has some form of crutch that can be exploited. Reksai usually doesn't do as much damage as Riven, so she doesn't spiral out of control as easily. Garen's execute targets one person, Riven has the luxury of destroying a whole team with one well placed ult. Kat is usually squishy, so once she commits she is normally easy to focus and take down. Riven, on the other hand, is a fighter and can take more hits than Katarina. This allows her to commit and (if the situation is looking rough) get out with relative ease.

so what youre saying is every champ should be the same?

Never said that at all.

Do you want to see heavy Riven buffs? Because that's how you get them.

I'm looking for Riven nerfs, m8. That's why I made this.

Well none of her abilities cost mana, so it wouldn't really make sense to give her a mana bar.

Should have added mana costs to the title as well

And what reason is that?

There is none. They are champions for beginners.

Manamune Riven could be fun.
