What if the jungler could transfer buffs with smite?

So when you smite your ally you transfer your current buff to them. But the only way to transfer buffs is if you have smite.

Buff Transfer: The timer will not be reset. Will not consume a charge Cannot be done within 5 second of taking damage Can only be transferred if you have a tier 2 upgrade of smite.

What this does is allow you to give your laner blue's and red's a lot more efficiently and also steal and transfer buffs more efficiently. You can give your laner your buff when you gank or when you decide you don't need it anymore.
