Tower Upgrades (SUGGESTION)

We all know towers suck donkey and that they are pretty useless 20-35 minutes into the game. Tanks can tank 30 turret shots with the added bonus of shields in the game (Which is ridiculously stupid).

What I'm proposing is that turrets should be upgradable after a certain amount of time in the game. Not just health upgrades but damage and utility upgrades as well.

For instance you could upgrade specific towers to take a certain path like armor penetration or magic resist. Or upgrades that give turrets a passive ability that allows them certain spells like if a turret is below 25% health and is on the verge of collapsing, it explodes dealing magic damage/adaptive damage within a certain amount of range or when being sieged by enemy champions/minions activates an ability to shoot multiple beams at the same time which can strike champions and not just minions.

Late game, players usually have a full build with gold that piles up. Players can use that gold to upgrade turrets. "How," you may ask. Well I was thinking about this one myself and I believe upgrading a tower(s) requires a vote of which all players need to agree upon or a 4/5 vote. The details relating to the change in it's dynamics could be specified in the chat box where all your allies can see.

Also you know those weirdly placed walls in your base next to the gates? Those two walls that obscure vision? Yeah, they should be able to be turned into mini towers that protect your gate wall and provide vision for your team. because let's be honest, it is infuriating when the enemy team has vision there and you don't and when you walk up to ward over it you get all in'd on.
