You should be able to leave troll games.

Had a game on another account where this toxic duo get into champion select and proceed to pick troll champions and go TP and ghost then run down each lane inting all because 1 of them had their champion (yasuo btw) taken by the enemy team. I don't get why I have to sit here and wait 30mins for a game to end or face punishment for afking or leaving the game like seriously it's a 100% loss. Even earlier today I had to deal with a Graves jungle running down going 0-5 by 7mins just trolling all game and being toxic and running top lane to feed the enemy top laner until 20mins. One thing that seriously needs to happen is the surrender vote needs to be shorter and needs to not need a full 5 man yes vote in order to surrender because 1 troll can cause you to waste even more time by sitting there waiting.

And if anyone asks why I didn't dodge the Soraka troll game is because our support ended up picking Jhin because the AD picked Soraka.. obviously I was not reading chat so I thought they swapped roles but apparently the guy also said "I'm going to pick Nunu if Yas is picked or banned" but someone banned Nunu so he went Soraka.
