After the Galio buff

So on the PBE a lot of players complained about it being really unnecessary and at first I thought well maybe it's just something that won't be much of a huge problem but after seeing Galio multiple times today trying to see how strong the buff really is I legit kept getting full tank Galio's until I started to see Liandry Void staff then rest tank builds and it's beyond retarded.. Who actually thought this was needed? When Galio was reworked he was made to be a disruptive frontline that deals damage that's not too high but not too low and honestly I thought Galio was in a decent spot he was picked a lot in high elo Korea (Masters/Challenger) he was being used in Lcs/Worlds. Changing his ratios to make him be able to build AP and do insane damage is something I cannot understand especially when the Q currently if you have some AP items built you can actually half health someone from 100% at 20mins ish in the game through 100 MR and if you stand in a full Q (which can be done if he taunts you) you can actually get 100-0d by a 300 AP Galio in late game as a carry.

TL;dr: Unnecessary buff.

If he needs a change with his frontline set to buff or whatever atleast reduce the movement speed slow he gets before taunting.

Played against a full AP Galio yesterday, while he was made of paper, getting clipped by his Q is unavoidable in teamfights and it shouldn't be able to deal 3k damage to a tank in a single cast and especially not as fast as it does.
