Garen is no hands champion

Garen is by as far one of the worst champions to play against for me like literally he doesn't even utilise his passive because of his overtuned damge he goes in Q than W and E than he has conq if he wins he can all in you if he deals less damage than you he goes back to heal with his passive exept most of the time you both deal same damage to each other thanks to his W which someone thought was good idea to give a shield... reduced damage and shield in one ability, I canno't withstand the fact that Garen has to build only damage and still tank as same as let's say Nautilus I would be brave enough to even say that he tanks just as much as Leona with no items all he needs is damage build and conqueror and what am I suppost to do to him after that? pick Darius every single game or something? Pick Vayne or some ranged champion? .................
