Along with the champ availability and rerolls mentioned, there's a few other things that should possibly be tweaked for ranked ARAM. Stuff like placements, promos, bans, and at what summoner level the queue unlocks.

Specific implementation details aside, ranked ARAM would be a great addition to League.
