Question on Knight's Vow

Just a question about Knight's Vow, can the same champion be targeted by multiple Knight's Vows? Like if there is a Nunu and a Leona and they both get the item can they both bind Gnar to it? Meaning that they both reduce the damage her takes and then Gnar in return heals both of them with damage dealt.

one link at a time, unfortunately. and that includes two champs both using knight's vow on each other; only the most recent one will take effect IIRC
