I'm not saying Zoe is busted, just stating how obnoxious she is for her allies and enemies.

1. Her Stats According to Op.gg, she has the highest ban rate at 89.76%. But, only has 49.54% win rate in mid and a 39.78% win rate as sup (stop playing her sup, please), proving something is wrong with her.

2. She is Not Fun to Play AGAINST Her laning strength is pretty annoying, able to Q you for half your health and use her free sheen passive to chunk you is obnoxious. But, as if CertainlyT decided that wasn't enough, she is able to get free item actives and STEAL your own summoner spells, or get a random one. making you unable to escape her if you flash, cuz she will E, W flash, Q, auto, and flash if needed. This is all you're taking a small nap for around 2 seconds. At least she has low CD on almost all her abilities (her E is kinda high, but still 16 seconds is still not THAT high). Her ult is pretty mediocre, but she can use to add damage to her Q, making it almost a one shot.

3. She is Not Fun to Play WITH Zoe is suffering from YS (Yasuo Syndrome), where she dominates lane when on the enemy team, but goes 0/36 in 10 minutes on my team (obviously an exaggeration). But, the most frustrating part is that even if they WIN lane, she will be useless later on. To put in short, hover Zoe quickly if you're on my team, because I will ban her the second I can ban (I don't ban people's champs if they selected it, like a classy bronzie).

Conclusion Yes, I know I'm bronze. Yes, I know my opinion is gonna get neglected because of the previously stated fact, but I'm still shocked someone didn't see her in her development and say "This is a terrible idea,". And finally, it sounds like she's broken, but she's just all bark (a very high-pitched and very annoying bark) and no bite.
