Is the Katarina rework too confusing?

She is trash tier now. No reason to play her over any other mage in the game.

Whether she's too difficult or not is pretty subjective. She definitely is harder than before though, and now more difficult to play than the average champ.

I don't like where Riot is going with their reworks by raising the skillcap though... it makes it harder for new players to join, and they are the game's future after all.

I only did one game with her and did pretty awful but yeah her playstyle is a bit confusing. She still has the major drawback of having her ult so easily countered with hard cc but now she is so much more difficult to play and her kit seems kind of clunky.
