The Matchmaking system sucks.

I currently have over 600+ wins on my account and I think it's safe to say that I'm fairly experienced in League. But when I play with players who only 200 or less wins, this really blows my socks off. Shouldn't the matchmaking system be match you with others with the same amount of wins? Because If i'm currently on a losing streak and i'm playing with inexperienced players, wouldn't that make me lose even MORE games?! If I lose more games, the current matchmaking system will match me with players who also lose a lot of games, wouldn't that in turn make me lose more games in general? And making it impossible for me to get a single win? PS: i'm talking about normals matchmaking system.
