The problem with BC is that it only increases his physical damage. WW averagely deals 34% physical dmg, 60% magic dmg and 6% true damage. With BC, I would expect it to be more like 40-45% physical damage, but that's still not really enough to justify spending so much on an armor shred. His passive deals magic dmg, his Q deals magic dmg, his ult deals magic dmg, devourer deals magic dmg. Only his base AD and Bork deal physical (btw where the hell is your Bork?). On top of this, WW only has single target damage. BC is best on champions with AOE physical damage so they can apply stacks on multiple targets for your ADC to melt. Champions like
are excellent examples as they can get multiple stacks on multiple targets quite quickly and they fully benefit from it themselves on top of giving the ADC an easier time killing.
Titanic hydra might be okay with him since he does have quite some on hit damage but I think Bork still beats it. Building it after bork probably makes you too squishy for too long so I find it hard finding a place for this item for warwick.
As for Frozen Mallet, Warwick is probably one of the best champs to build this item on. The only problem is... This item is ridiculously underpowered. Riot doesn't like the idea of an endlessly slowing item and thus kinda made this item really really weak so it is only worth buying when you are so far ahead that you can spend the extra gold on it and don't care about gold efficiency. I can see it work as an end game item if you're having trouble sticking with targets. But then again, is it really worth it if you already go bork? (Again, I really advise you to go bork on WW, it's the best item for him).
