It's youmuus ghostblade that's the problem, not Lucian

Lucian is strong right now, and I can't say that a nerf isnt totally needed. In fact, if a nerf is what it takes people to stop playing my favorite champion so much, ill welcome it with open arms. But after playing over 200 games on him this season alone, I've learned a lot about his power curve and where hes the strongest, and which items do what for him and when. The ghostblade black cleaver build is (imo) closer to the real problem. But not even the black cleaver; it's youmuus. The extra amount of damage that youmuus gives lucian and his abilities over essence reaver is immense, and absolutely destroys the early game and mid game.

On the other side of the coin, lets take a look at other champions that build youmuus. Why is Zed so dominant? He was never this bad until his w shadow range got buffed and the reworked youmuus and duskblade premiered. Then the champion himself got nerfed yet he's still dominant, and is thus banned every game. Nerfing youmuus, and NOT the champions, is I think a good way to fix these champions that are crazily outperforming.

The item is just too good, it gives tons of ad, a strong and useful active on a low cooldown, flat armor pen for, you guessed it, the early game, and is STILL cheaper than both essence reaver and infinity edge!
