I played a game where i was top sion , with demolish. Enemy had one turret left, late game I had almost 6k health so demolish should do 100+30% of max hp (=2100 ) physical damage right? but when I ulted to that turret and tried to proc my demolish, it only dealth like 300 or some damage. Then one of my teammate said I need minions to proc demolish stacks. BUT it is not written anywhereeeeee...
so tell me if its true

Anti-Sion measures, basically. Turrets have massive defenses when minions aren't there to keep people from being a one man army and taking them all. If you need a reason why, just take a look at URF Rumble. The only turrets he can't take without minion assistance are the nexus turrets, because he can't outshield the damage. It becomes pretty much impossible to stop him from winning the game without consistently jumping on him as soon as he walks into vision. If Demolish were allowed to have that kind of power, everyone would take it, and we would have more than just inting sion. We would have a 5 tank meta where everyone just builds as much HP as possible and tries to melt turrets with suicide strats.
