Zoe and one for all

If riot recreated 'one for all' and with new champ Zoe.. Will it create one shard for each zoe or one shard per enemy champion.. The thought came from a debate on what is maximum ZZ'rot portals can be in the game? at max you can have 10 per team now... but if you have zoe on your team... that zoe can have 10 ZZ'rot portals from active item use of ZZ'rot shard.. counting her own 2, Zoe will have 12. plus her team's 8 zz'rot portals... totalling into 20 MAX zz'rot portals in team...

BUT what if it is 'one for all'? that means every zoe can have 10 zz'rot and her own 2 = 12 per zoe =60 MAX... or ultimately only 10 zz'rot portals of enemy team totaling into MAX 20 zz'rot portal including BOTH teams...

also what will happen if a zoe in enemy team uses a shard she stole? Will that leave another shard? if so that means if both teams have 5 zoe in 'one for all' ... well then for every zz'rot portal there will be an item shard making MAX= infinity..
