Problem with new Lost Chapter items

They don't have Lost Chapters passive with the mana restoration thingy.

It's not like anyone ever built Lost Chapter specifically for that passive anyway.

Lost chapters passive is only useful in the very early game. Also the Items with lost chapter will give you 500-650 Mana.
