My idea might make adcs fair to play against once agian.

RaNged auto attack usErs that build ad should haVE mana costs added to theiR auto attacks. This would make them fair to play aGainst since yOu caN't really miss aN Auto attack. (This started of as a meme, but rememberinG that thIs is riot and that they might buff adcs by trying to nerf them). V Also whEn is Riot gonna delete those plants like theY prOmised they woUld if the community doesn't like them. And when are they going to relaize they don't need to make 70% of buffs/nerfs towards comPetitive since no one but their sponsors give a poop about lcs, lck, etc.
