There's always farming under tower, farming gromp/scuttle, asking for ganks, roaming mid/tp bot, let your tower go down to roam/free farm, etc etc.
You have to be decisive on how you want to trade kills/objectives/farm.

at 11 minutes you can see a solo kill. Prior to that, Skarner gets a kill on Warwick during a counter gank, and 1 assist as Rengar ults in to finish off swain who just ran away from him.

Also, it wasn't Swain on his own, it was you getting camped. Don't whine about Swain in particular when it was a 2v1. You'd have gotten screwed by anybody in that situation.
