Is Irelia worth getting S5?

Hello summmoners,

I have been recently thinking about buying Irelia as I find her skill set interesting. I am especially interested in her Transcendent Blades and her Equilibrium Strike. I have seen Irelia players bait enemies in to tower diving them and just stunning them under the turret. Plus,she has some amazing juking potential when she is around some low health minions. (dash,get the dash reset on killing the minion,dash,get the reset,and so on)

I also started playing ranked around a month ago,and it has been a long time since i have played ranked. (I kept rage quitting XD) I'm ready to go back on to ranked and get some better ranks,and I need a solid top laner as I main top lane. I used to play Riven but I'm just not so great at her....

So,thoughts on Irelia and whether I should buy her or not? I don't really mind if she's boring or not (she looks really fun though)

Or If you guys disagree with me getting Irelia, any other solid top laners for ranked?

And don't give me suggestions for the general top laners such as
