Cho'gath. CHO'GATH. He's already broken with his ultimate, so having even more will be agony to everyone who is not a tank. let's not forget what it does. Gargoyle Stoneplate doubles his hp, effectively doubling the damage, and every time he gets a stack he will do more damage on the next use becasue more hp=more damage. the more he uses it, the lower cooldown it will have, and the more damage it will deal next time. Cho'Gath does pretty good against adcs when his ultimate is up, so we're giving the tools to make him unkillable by the 30 minute mark.
