Anyone else finding this bug?

Here are the steps i took that ended in me finding this bug.

1. remade a game
2. skipped waiting for stats
3. go to start new game
4. popup in client says something is wrong and to go to riot support page
5. close client
6. check status, everything is online
7. reopen client
8. log in
9. get to pregame screen instantly
10. it is white, normal for me (but ONLY for a few seconds
11. stays white.
12. says it cannot connect
13. close client,
14. restart laptop i use to play league
15. same thing
16. change wifi
17. same thing tips? anyone else seen this?
