What champions do the Boards feel are just below a good place & what tweaks do you think they need?

i.e. What champions do you feel are so close to being great (Not necessarily god tier) and do you have an idea of what changes you'd give to them to make that happen?

Furthermore, if you don't know what buff you'd give them, are you able to say why this champion isn't in a good spot?

For example, and this is not necesarily correct, let's say Lux needs her E mana cost lowered to something respectable to be a good pick again. If that's not enough, there should probably be more work done to separate her from similar mages like Xerath and Ziggs - With an emphasis on her higher utility.

Things will probably be vague, but I'm interested in hearing what the community perception of certain champions, where they stand and what their overly-present problems are.

Funny you should mention that because Lux DOES need her E mana cost lowered to something not completely retarded. A large part of the backlash against the current round of proposed Mastery changes is because of how badly it's going to fuck Lux (who's going to have to go deep into the Support tree to not constantly go OOM just to stay in lane).

Aye, I do believe it should be lowered, but it might not be the only change she needs.

If the utility mastery changes do screw her over too much, hopefully that draws Riot's attention to her situation.
