More healing is literally the last thing Swain needs

What makes this guy so bad right now is his unreliability. His E is now a one point wonder and not worth ranking up anymore. Thus your damage either comes from your W, which is already quite hard to land, or your Q, which hits like one second only even without any mobility skills, or two seconds when your actually hit your W. The only thing you can theoretically rely on is his ult, whose damage was HALFED against one enemy and which requires you to walk right besides your enemy. Give him back the 2 seconds of W or revert the ult changes, because quite literally everything besides mana buffs and the lower rank E were nerfs (and the mana buffs werent even necessary; it was well manageable before and you just made it a lot easier to not run oom).
