Autofill in Bronze

Can someone tell me why there is autofill in Bronze? When people don't know 100% how to play their main roles, and you force them to go another role which they are more unfamiliar with?

Because the creators of the game wanted to start a Riot.

Because there is a very big difference in the amount of people who want to queue for each role there. There are very few "support mains" in bronze, so everyone needs to take their turn in order for people to actually get into a game.

But they should at least give a choice whether or not we want to wait the extra 10 minutes to get our wanted role.

They used to do that. People used to be able to cancel the queue, wait a bit, and then queue up again a few minutes later and autofill was gone. This was removed since it was very unfair to those that didn't know about it, since they ended up autofilled every second game.

This also made people who had support secondary end up with it nearly every game, which after a while gets very frustrating and they stop queueing up as support secondary altogether, further decreasing the amount of supports in the queue.

Now autofill is more fair for everyone.
