the upcoming thunderlords change (i think?) @meddler

so like awhile ago meddler talked about changing thunderlords decree so that it wouldnt proc from multi hit AOE abilities. gangplank ult being the primary example but there are others such as morgana W or rumble flame spitter. its been months since then and several big patches and mastery changes i was wondering if there was going to be anymore talk about this? or if it isnt going to happen anymore or what?
