Disable chat

Is there a possibility to disable chat for every game?

I play much better with chat disabled and I have never seen any good coming out of it anyways. So it would be a great option to just disable it from the get-go and not having to worry about it anymore....

click on the blue rim after hitting enter and drag it off your screen.

Just /mute all That way you still have time stamps and stuff for objectives and what not.
