Permaban for this???

So, I was playing a few games lately and some of them didn't go too well. I was arguing with a few players on my team and that apparently got me permabanned, as I was reported and punished already before. I don't really understand the politics behind the punishment on lol, though. It appears to me that you can play as shitty as you want, even intentionally and as soon as someone points that out, you can report him and he gets banned. I will show you the following example in which I probably could have just stopped arguing, but I do not understand why people play ranked if they do not want to win and just fuck around. I wouldn't mind that on normals, but I think ranked is supposed to be taken a bit more serious..

So I was toplaning as teemo vs Illaoi and the midlaner was fizz playing against bard. Fizz was constantly leaving mid to roam, but didnt actually get anything out of it, while bard used the opportunity to get kills and take the whole mid lane. Fizz came top a couple of times, which was not helping me a bit at that point, especially since he also came right after I recalled, took my cs and froze the lane and the opponents turrets. And as Bard's roams more or less destroyed our botlane I told fizz to stay mid. He refused to do so for the majority of the game (he always said ok, though), which eventually cost us the whole game as they essentially got a free lane. Here is the chatlog that got me reported (so you only see me talking):

So, what is your take on this? I personally believe that punishing for saying stuff isnt reasonable at all, as you can always mute someone, while playing intentionally against the team is almost never banned, bc it is simply much harder to prove. But if someone gets angry, bc his teammate steals his cs, his buffs, etc and then says something, I think it shouldn't be the guy who said something to get punished, but rather the guy who intentionally set his teammate back. What do you think?

  1. You handpicked a single chat log to show from your reform card. Multiple were given. This wasn't the most recent game given, or the most severe.

  2. This is your 6th penalty. When you got your 14-day ban, you were told that the next penalty would result in a permanent ban.

You should really post all logs given, and present the question 'should this result in a chat restriction', because that is what is in question here. Presenting a single hand-picked log, without providing historical information about the state of your account and asking whether that 1 log should result in a perma-ban isn't really the analysis.

Insults, belittling him, threatening to AFK, and accusations if throwing. Maybe he just wasn't a good Fizz: that's different than intentionally throwing.

My take is that this doesn't sound intentional: it sounds like a Fizz who isn't good at roaming and didn't want you to boss him around. Further, the mute button is like a shield: it exists to help you protect against toxicity, but that's no excuse for attacking someone. So yes, the person being toxic with language should be punished, as, yes, should someone INTENTIONALLY throwing the game. It doesn't seem like Fizz necessarily was.

I think it shouldn't be the guy who said something to get punished, but rather the guy who intentionally set his teammate back. What do you think?

Both should be. But, again, I haven't seen the game in question. From what you've said it just seems like a Fizz who doesn't know how to roam well.

Im going to assume you just got off a 14 day ban? You seem to be toxic in this match, and if you had just gotten off a 14 day ban anything you do/say even if small will bump you up to the next tier of punishment!

I've got an idea for you. stop worrying about how everyone else is playing and just do your best. if your fizz isnt good or is feeding your lane threatening to go afk and just generally flaming fizz helps NO ONE. it makes your other teammates annoyed because they dont want to hear it. it makes a tilted player more tilted and just generally is not worth it for you to open your mouth. stop feeling like you NEED to say something when someone does something you dont agree with... its a game and the only person you can control is you.

Seeing as how this argument has been made to you over and over again on this post and your past posts... I doubt you care, and it seems as though your permanent ban was well deserved.

Wow i've done worse for less punishment, but i learned to hit the little mute button

I play too much counterstrike... where you just trashtalk all game, it's actually somehow less toxic than league. Like... you legit just tell people they're bad and they usually just lul about it

You were horrible. What gives you the right to tell Fizz how to play. He felt roaming was the best thing for him to do, but it didn't work out, so what ? You didn't have to be a nasty little shit over it. Surrender and move on. You deserve what you got.
